Welcome to ToolAdda OMR. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://omrsheet.tooladda.online (the "Website"), the OMR sheet generator and the OMR checker (together, the "Services"), provided by ToolAdda. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

The Services let you design and download printable OMR answer sheets and read filled sheets from images or PDF files to calculate scores. They run locally in your web browser. We don't receive, host or store your sheets, images, answer keys or results.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, educational and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may print and distribute the sheets you create, including for paid courses and tests.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you add to sheets, such as names, logos and titles, and confirm that you have the right to use it.
  • You are responsible for handling students' and other people's personal data lawfully when you check their sheets and store or share results.
  • You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, especially for exams with significant consequences.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • create documents that impersonate an official examination body, or that could be mistaken for official exam papers or admit cards;
  • use names or logos of organisations you are not authorised to represent;
  • facilitate cheating, fraud or any other unlawful activity;
  • interfere with the Website, its hosting or its advertising, including through automated traffic or artificial ad clicks;
  • copy or republish the Website's design, text or branding as your own.

5. Exam presets

Presets named after exams such as NEET, JEE, SSC or UPSC are practice layouts that approximate common formats. They are not official documents, may not match current official patterns, and are not affiliated with the organisations that conduct those exams.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, including its design, text, graphics, logo and software, is owned by ToolAdda or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their respective licences, listed on the credits page. You own the content you add to your sheets.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Website is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense and its partners. Ads and linked third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our use of cookies is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Because the Services run in your browser, results can vary with your device, browser, printer, camera and lighting.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SHEETS WILL BE READ WITHOUT ERRORS OR THAT CALCULATED SCORES WILL BE CORRECT. See also our Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLADDA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING DECISIONS MADE ON THE BASIS OF SCORES CALCULATED BY THE CHECKER. Because the Services are free, our total liability is limited to zero, or to the lowest amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolAdda and its operators from any claims, damages and expenses arising from your content, your use of other people's data, your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes and general terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country.
