Tips for sheets that check perfectly
- Print at 100% (actual size). "Fit to page" slightly shrinks the sheet, which is fine for the checker but can crop the corner squares on some printers.
- Keep the four black corner squares visible. They let the checker straighten photos, so don't staple, punch or write near them.
- Use a dark pen. Black or blue ballpoint works best; dark pencil also works if bubbles are filled completely.
- Choose "Small" bubbles to fit 150 or more questions on one page, and "Large" for young students.
- Try red sheets for a classic "drop-out" look: the red print stays light while students' pen marks stand out.

Is this OMR sheet generator free?
Yes. Creating, printing and checking OMR sheets is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on sheets or students. The site is supported by advertising.
Do I need an OMR scanner machine to check the sheets?
No. The free OMR checker reads sheets from phone photos, flatbed scans or scanned PDFs. The black corner squares and QR code printed on every sheet let it straighten the image and identify the layout automatically.
Can I make NEET or JEE-style OMR sheets?
Yes. Choose the NEET-style or JEE Main-style preset for 180 questions with a 10-digit roll number, or three subjects with multiple-choice and numerical-answer grids. These are practice layouts, not official exam documents.
How many questions can one sheet have?
Up to 600 questions in total. With small bubbles, about 180 multiple-choice questions fit on one A4 page. Larger tests automatically continue onto additional pages, and the checker reads each page separately.
Can I add my school logo and name?
Yes. Enter your institute name, exam title and subtitle, and upload a logo in PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG format. Labels can be in English, Hindi or both.
What is the best paper and printer setting?
Plain 70–80 gsm A4 or Letter paper is fine. Print the PDF at 100% or "Actual size" in black or colour. Any inkjet or laser printer works, and photocopies of a good print can be checked too.
Are student answers or photos uploaded?
No. Sheet generation and checking run entirely in your browser. Photos, answer keys and results stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.
Can I save my sheet design and use it again?
Your latest design is saved automatically in your browser. You can also download it as a template file, open it on another device, or copy a share link for colleagues.
Does it support different answer keys for booklet sets A, B, C and D?
Yes. Enable a booklet set code on the sheet and enter a separate key for each set. The checker reads the set bubbled by each student and applies the matching key.
Can I export the results?
Yes. The checker shows each student's roll number, set, section scores, total and percentage, and you can download everything as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
