For checker issues, describe the device, browser and how the sheet was photographed. Please don't send photos of students' sheets unless you have permission.

Before you write

  • The checker can't find my sheet. Make sure all four black corner squares are visible, the sheet is flat and the light is even. See checking OMR sheets with a phone.
  • Can you recover my results? No. Results are never sent to us. Download the CSV before closing the checker.
  • Can I check sheets from another OMR system? The checker only reads sheets created with ToolAdda OMR, because it relies on their corner squares and QR code.
