## Before you write

- **The checker can't find my sheet.** Make sure all four black corner squares are visible, the sheet is flat and the light is even. See [checking OMR sheets with a phone](https://omrsheet.tooladda.online/guides/check-omr-sheets-with-phone/).
- **Can you recover my results?** No. Results are never sent to us. Download the CSV before closing the checker.
- **Can I check sheets from another OMR system?** The checker only reads sheets created with ToolAdda OMR, because it relies on their corner squares and QR code.
